Golden Light 2 is the second of a pair of silk wall hangings with both an ecclesiastical and a Welsh cultural inspiration.. Working wholecloth, using both free machine and hand quilting, was a joy as the shapes appeared in the glowing yellow silk dupion. Extra areas of wadding were added to enhance this effect in areas of focal interest.
